What this tool does with your data

The EPF ECR Generator runs entirely in your browser. When you upload a payroll Excel or CSV file, it is read and processed locally on your device using JavaScript — it is never sent to Dublesh's servers, never stored, and never seen by anyone else. Closing or refreshing the page discards the file immediately.

What we don't collect

• We do not collect, store, or transmit the contents of any file you upload.
• We do not require sign-up, login, or any personal information to use this tool.
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts.

Hosting and basic logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's infrastructure may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and performance purposes. This is infrastructure-level logging outside our direct control and does not include anything about the files you process with this tool.

Blank template downloads

The downloadable blank Excel template is a static file. Downloading it does not transmit any data back to us.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update date above will reflect it. Continued use of the tool after changes means you accept the revised policy.
